Bringing a wealth of experience to our Office's Banking and Finance Practice Group, Kefale Aschale's professional background spans across local law firms, the financial industry, and academia.

Notably, he has served as a Legal Counsel at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and as a Lecturer at the University of Dire Dawa, solidifying his expertise in banking and finance law. Furthermore, during his tenure at Mehrteab & Getu Advocates LLP, Kefale provided legal counsel to clients from various industries, focusing on banking and finance, energy, and real estate matters.

He was also a member of the Ministry of Justice's technical team that worked on legislative reforms, including the new Commercial Code and other civil rights laws.
